Refund - Return and Sales Policy

This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Intellicorpus (“Site,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a subscription or merchandise, you agree to the terms below.

1. Digital Subscriptions (Articles) and Guides

We offer three subscription plans and educational guides:

  • 1-Months Subscription

  • 3-Month Subscription

  • 1-Year Subscription

  • Guides are one time payment or included in 3 month and 1 year subscription plans

1.1 Automatic Renewals

  • We do not use automatic renewals.

1.2 Cancellations​

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, partial periods, or early cancellations.

1.3 Refunds

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable once access to digital content has been granted.

  • No refunds are given, unless required by law.

  • In jurisdictions with mandatory withdrawal rights (e.g., EU/EEA 14-day cooling-off period), you may request a refund only if you have not accessed any paid content. Once content is accessed, your right to withdraw is waived.

1.4 Access

  • Access to content is granted immediately upon payment and remains active until the end of the paid billing period, regardless of cancellation date.

2. Merchandise Orders (Printful POD Products)

2.1 General Terms

  • All physical products are produced on-demand through Printful and are final sale.

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons of size, fit, preference, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.

2.2 Defective or Damaged Products

  • A replacement or refund will only be issued if the item is defective, misprinted, or damaged during shipping.

  • To qualify, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery with order details and clear photo evidence.

2.3 Incorrect Information & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Packages that are lost, unclaimed, or refused due to customs or import fees are not eligible for refunds.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or related fees.

2.4 Processing of Claims

  • Approved claims will result in a replacement shipped at no additional cost or, at our discretion, a refund to the original payment method.

  • Decisions on claims are final and at our sole discretion.

 

3. Shipping Policy (Summary)

  • Orders are processed by Printful within 2–5 business days.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • USA: 3–8 business days

    • Europe: 3–10 business days

    • Worldwide: 5–20 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events are outside our control.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party providers, shipping carriers, or events beyond our control.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or subscription in dispute.

This Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all sales made through the Intellicorpus website (“Site”), including digital and physical products such as subscriptions, educational guides, quizzes, articles, and print-on-demand (POD) items.
By purchasing or accessing any product through the Site, the customer (“Buyer” or “User”) acknowledges and agrees to this Agreement.

1. Definitions

  • Site: intellicorpus.com and its subpages.

  • Digital Products: The Weight Loss Guide, educational content, quizzes, and other subscription-based digital materials.

  • Physical / POD Products: Print-on-demand items such as t-shirts, hoodies, caps, and similar goods.

  • Subscription: Paid access to digital content.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: Wix, Printful, PayTR, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and similar services.

2. Purpose

This Agreement sets forth the rights, obligations, delivery terms, and refund conditions between Intellicorpus and the Buyer for the purchase of digital and physical products through the Site.

3. Order Process and Confirmation

  • The Buyer selects the desired product, completes payment, and receives an order confirmation via email.

  • Access to digital products is granted immediately after payment is confirmed unless otherwise stated.

4. Price, Payment, and Third-Party Payment Processors

  • Prices are listed on the Site and may include applicable taxes.

  • Payments are processed securely via PayTR.

  • Intellicorpus is not responsible for errors, delays, or service interruptions caused by third-party payment systems, except where required by applicable law.

  • By completing the transaction, the Buyer agrees to the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment provider.

5. Access to Digital Products and Subscriptions

  • Digital products grant online access rights only; no physical items are delivered.

  • Cancellations can be made through the user account or by contacting customer support.

  • By completing the purchase, the Buyer explicitly agrees that access to the digital content will begin immediatelyand acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may no longer apply after access begins (as per EU and Turkish consumer regulations).

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

  • Digital Products: Once access is granted, the Buyer cannot withdraw or request a refund, unless a technical error or duplicate payment occurs. Intellicorpus will investigate and, if validated, issue a full refund.

  • Subscriptions: Refunds are handled according to the subscription type and terms specified at purchase.

  • Physical / POD Products: These items are produced on demand by Printful. Defective, misprinted, or incorrect products can be reported within 14 days of delivery for replacement or refund.

  • The Buyer must provide visual evidence (e.g., photos) for defective products.

  • Approved refunds are issued via the same payment method used (PayTR,l).

7. Nature of Products – Health & Fitness Disclaimer

  • No Intellicorpus product constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • The Weight Loss Guide, educational articles, and quizzes are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

  • Intellicorpus does not guarantee any physical, health, or weight-related outcomes.

  • All users are responsible for their own actions and are strongly advised to consult licensed healthcare professionals before making any medical or lifestyle changes.

8. Third-Party Services

  • The Site uses external services for hosting, analytics, payment, and production (including Wix, Printful, PayTR).

  • Intellicorpus is not responsible for disruptions, data handling practices, or losses caused by third-party providers, except where legally required.

9. Warranty and Defective Products

  • For physical goods, statutory consumer rights regarding defective products apply.

  • For digital content, technical issues will be resolved by restoring access. Refunds may only be issued in verified exceptional cases.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intellicorpus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profit, data, or goodwill).

  • Intellicorpus’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order.

  • This limitation does not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence as defined under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

  • The Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Intellicorpus, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, costs (including reasonable attorney fees), or liabilities arising out of the Buyer’s misuse of the Site, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All materials on the Site (text, graphics, design, logos, and digital content) are owned by Intellicorpus.

  • Purchases of digital content grant a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.

  • Reproduction, resale, or distribution of any Intellicorpus content without written consent is prohibited.

13. Privacy and Data Processing

  • Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Quiz data, subscription details, and payment records may be handled by trusted third-party processors (Wix, Sipay, Stripe, PayPal).

14. Force Majeure

Intellicorpus shall not be liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: war, natural disasters, strikes, power or internet outages, government restrictions, or third-party service interruptions.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
In case of disputes, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer law.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
